Today in Children’s Clinical University Hospital’s Sunny Days Library, presentation on hospital’s 120th years anniversary events will take place. JSC “Grindeks” has become a supporter of anniversary events.
Celebrating the 120 years history, Children’s Clinical University Hospital has published a book “120 years of excellence” in which achievements of the hospital have been noted. Children’s Clinical University Hospital in its 120th years anniversary have created a unique heritage for children health care development, by developing 17 clinical pathways, algorithms and recommendations for parents for 17 different diagnosis. The unique heritage will be presented in the conference “120 years on the way to excellence”, on Thursday, October 3, in Riga Stradins University. On Friday, October 4, in Riga Latvian Society House, the awarding ceremony of the most notable Children’s Clinical University Hospital’s doctors, nurses and employees will take place as a gratitude for them by making Children Clinical University Hospital an example in various fields in Latvia.
Children’s Clinical University Hospital is the largest specialty pediatric health care institution in Latvia. Every year more than 30,000 patients are treated on an in-patient basis and more than 160,000 receive out-patient medical care services.
