Jānis Romanovskis, CEO
Born in 1960, graduated from Riga Secondary School No.1, Faculty of Economics of the University of Latvia and Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration. Janis Romanovskis had also previously worked at Grindeks as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Finance and Administrative Officer. During his career, Romanovskis has been the Chairman of the Board of pharmaceutical companies Recipe plus and Sentor Farm aptiekas, as well as the Chief Finance Officer at Komerccentrs DATI grupa Ltd. and the Head of the Financial Management Unit of JSC Dati.
Andrejs Liberts, Member of the Board, Commercial director
Born in 1985. A.Liberts has graduated from the University of Latvia – Faculty of Business, Management and Economics, obtaining a master’s degree in business management and the Faculty of Chemistry, obtaining a master’s degree in chemistry. At the moment, he uses his professional skills and experience as the Commercial Director of JSC Grindeks.He had previously succesfuly developed the business organization of JSC Grindeks subsidary company JSC Kalceks. Earlier in his carrer he has been the Head of Good Manufacturing Practices assurance division, A. Liberts has also been the Head of the Quality Control Laboratory Stability research group and has worked in other important positions in the field of quality assurance.
