Grindeks was voted as the 2nd best employer in 2020 in the manufacturing sector, based on the results of the “TOP Employer 2020” survey of CV-Online Latvia.
More than 49% of all respondents, participated in the vote on the industries best employers. Overall, respondents voted for more than 240 manufacturing companies, highlighting significant competition in this business sector, in which Grindeks continues to maintain in top positions.
It is also a pleasure to see Grindeks rapid rise in the overall “Best Employers TOP 50” list, in which respondents have to name the first company that comes to mind as the best employer – compared to 2019, Grindeks gained 13 positions and moved to 35th place in Latvia.
In order to identify the best employers in Latvia, the survey “TOP Employer 2020” took place from 13 January 2021 to 23 February 2021, with a total of 14851 respondents.
TOP employers were also identified in trade, finance, IT and telecommunications, transport and logistics, catering, international business services, also best employers in four Latvia’s regions were announced.
