JSC Grindeks will open industrial sewage purification plan

By increasing production capacities of the company, taking care of environment protection with high responsibility and investing LVL 2.5 million, on the eve of the World Environment Day, JSC Grindeks will open industrial sewage purification plant within which the principle of biological purification has been implemented and the most modern technologies installed.

Journalists and media representatives are invited to participate in the formal opening of JSC Grindeks industrial sewage purification plant  on Thursday, June 4, at 1.00 p.m. at JSC Grindeks, Krustpils Street 53, Riga.

Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Latvia Raimonds Vejonis, Chairman of the Council of JSC Grindeks Kirovs Lipmans and Chairman of the Board of JSC Grindeks Janis Romanovskis are planning to participate in the formal opening.

The principle of biological purification is the most modern and environmentally friendly way of sewage purification in chemical industry. The visitors of the opening will have a possibility to go on an excursion and under guidance of specialists make sure that the construction and technologies of closed purification plants are capable of guaranteeing liquidation of sewage pollution.
