{"id":2413,"date":"2018-08-08T16:18:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-08T16:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.grindeks.eu\/?p=2413"},"modified":"2022-07-04T16:20:21","modified_gmt":"2022-07-04T16:20:21","slug":"grindeks-concludes-land-purchase-agreement-for-innovation-centre-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grindeks.com\/en\/grindeks-concludes-land-purchase-agreement-for-innovation-centre-development\/","title":{"rendered":"Grindeks concludes land purchase agreement for innovation centre development"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>JSC Grindeks announces, it has expanded its territory and acquired a plot of land with buildings located in Riga, Krustpils street 63 for the development of innovation centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 92 584-square-meter plot of land in Riga, Krustpils street 63 was acquired from Latvia\u2019s State Joint Stock Company \u201eState Real Estate\u201d in the auction held in July, 2018 for 886 500 euros and as a considerable factor to conclude the deal was the land is located nearby company\u2019s headquarter in Riga, Krustpils street 53. The deal was concluded to develop an innovation centre, which is planned to boost necessary production capacity and meets the vision of Grindeks strategic development.
