Health and well-being of patients \u2013 priorities of JSC Grindeks \u2013 are ensured by the safety and effectiveness of our medicines. An important part of ensuring of medicinal products safety is pharmacovigilance – a system relating to the timely detection, assessment, understanding and effective prevention of adverse effects or any other medicine related problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the tools of pharmacovigilance system is adverse reactions reports monitoring in all countries where our medicines are authorised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting adverse reactions helps to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 identify new adverse reactions that were not previously known;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 determine most common adverse reactions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 determine which factors can increase the risk of adverse reactions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 inform other patients about possible adverse reactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you notice an adverse reaction, lack of effect or other unusual effect when taking\/prescribing our medicine, please notify us in any of the following ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– via online form below;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– via offline form;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– via e-mail vigilance@grindeks.com<\/a> or arina.bobrovica@grindeks.com<\/a><\/a>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– by sending a letter directly to Medical affairs division: Latvia, Riga, Krustpils street 53, LV-1057, JSC Grindeks;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– via phone: +371 67083644 (during working hours) or +371 26066263 (outside working hours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that your report must include following information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– patient data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– reporter data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– suspected drug data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– adverse reaction data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otherwise, the message will be evaluated as non-valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuous pharmacovigilance is the primary task of medical affairs division team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medical affairs division perfomance is strictly regulated by Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) and national requirements. Received information is carefully checked, analyzed and (if necessary) reported to competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the pharmacovigilance system patients can be confident that their health is under reliable protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
