Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Seniors Area Sales Manager at Grindeks Kalceks Sp. z o.o. in 4 areas: Warszawa, Łódź-Wrocław, Katowice-Kraków-Rzeszów, Gdańsk-Bydgoszcz.

Key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the respective area
- Establish and implement short-term and mid-term operational plans to develop defined products and customers
- Prepare and execute sales and marketing budget, conduct market research
- Performing sales to wholesalers, pharmacy chains, and hospitals
- Managing tenders at hospitals
- Build long–term relationship with key customers of the company
- Responsible for the sales forecasts and demand planning of the company product portfolio in his/her territory. Checking stock levels at wholesalers
- Ability to manage sales team when created
- Responsible for checking partners' interest in our current and future product portfolio
You will excel if you have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Poland
- Knowledge of the following markets: hospital, cardio, cns, diabetology, and oncology
- Effective cooperation with hospitals and pharmacy chains
- Readiness for fast sales growth in own Sales Area
- Effective sales team management skills
- Computer skills in excel, PowerPoint, word, and CRM
- Excellent communication skills, leadership, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding goals, results & performance-driven attitude
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to determine and explore new market opportunities
- University degree
